Position Location: Melville, NY

 

The Channel Marketing Manager designs, develops, implements and manages infrastructure programs that improve channel partner capabilities and competencies. Increasing partner capabilities and competencies in promoting, selling and supporting FalconStor offerings via programs and communications is the primary focus of this position. This position works closely with Channel Sales, Marketing and Sales teams. This person must be experienced in identifying, prioritizing and developing communications, tools and programs targeted at partner enablement.

 

Position Responsibilities:

? Develop and manage l channel marketing communications, tools and content for FalconStor channel partners.

? Create and manage framework of channel communications vehicles that might include newsletters and other ongoing methods to enable channel partners.

? Work with Marketing to develop messaging and positioning for partner developed as part of channel communications strategy for partners.

? Determine the deliverables required to address each partner segment.

? Update value proposition and channel business proposition for recruiting partners as well as corporate presentation for partners to use in their selling efforts and determine the best methods of communicating the channel message.

? Champion channel partner needs on training, support, education, etc.

 

Requirements:

? Results-oriented individual with a successful track record in software sales.

? Leadership skills: capable of motivating and developing FalconStor partners and assisting them with achieving revenue goals.

? An understanding of Channels; experience with partners and their business models.

? Entrepreneurial approach towards development of the partner community.

? Excellent relationship and communication skills.

? Ability to maintain and develop executive-level relationships.

? Driven and creative individual who can plan and execute.
