Channel Sales Manager

(SaaS) over the Internet, Everdream?s software services automate processes that enable effective, real-time desktop management regardless of the location of the assets. Likewise, Everdream?s proactive managed services, delivered by the Everdream team located in Fremont, California and Charlotte, North Carolina, provide additional value-add services based on industry best practices.
To help accelerate our Western Region annual growth rate in the Desktop Management market. Responsibilities include: recruiting, educating and building relationships with channel partners, channel sales forecasting and pipeline management, managing channel conflict, and evangelizing our software solutions.
The Channel Sales Manager initiates and facilitates programs with resellers, VARs, MSPS and authorized partners on an ongoing basis to ensure that our solutions are being promoted and sold across SMB, Mid Market and Large Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets Drive revenues by acquiring new business oriented channel partners to increase new sales and expand our market reach while maximizing partner retention Work directly with existing VARs, MSPs, System Integrators as well as distribution partners Provide implementation, developmental, and execution support to channel partners Develop and manage strategic marketing plans with all channel partners Develop and maintain relationships with current channel partners Accurately track, forecast and report all revenue opportunities while maintaining current performance statistics at the partner level Build and nurture relationships with existing and new resellers/channel partner representatives by providing product/service and sales training Help define, develop and manage marketing programs to maximize ROI with channel partners Effectively manage channel conflict issues as they arise
Skills Profile: Possess the right balance of self-direction, collaboration, flexibility and maturity necessary to work channels in a dynamic, fast-paced arena Ability to travel at least 25% of the time Detail-oriented and organized Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skillsMust be a self-starter as well as a team player Outstanding sales and presentation skills and ability to provide technical sales trainings Proven track record in developing and managing third party relationships
Qualifications:
? BA or BS degree in related field
? 7 - 10 years of recent channel sales development experience
? Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling sales presentations/promotions
? Superior selling skills
? Excellent cross-functional, teamwork skills
? Strong leadership skills
? Desire to work in a team based environment
? High energy, detail focused, action oriented contributor
? Persuasive/Sales Ability/Negotiation Skills

Monitors product performance across geographical, customer, and distribution lines. Develops specific action plans to improve channel operations.
