About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Technical Architect to work with the latest technologies to deliver solutions that are technically robust, address real business needs and are appealing to users.

Responsibilities include:
* Recommending, planning, leading technical direction of projects in accordance with SEI methodology and standard.
* Providing technical leadership including leading architecture for multiple product lines
* Providing technical leadership across multiple engagements
* Mentoring and hiring technical consultants with various skills and levels
* Supporting sales effort, facilitate client solution sessions and develop proof of concept
* Leading and innovating new solutions
* Providing advanced consultative services for pre-sales and post-sales events
* Leading design reviews and assessments.
* Providing infrastructure development standards for the company
* Aligning team with corporation direction and leads them to deliver results on time, on budget while maintaining high quality.
* Making professional presentations to internal staff and external clients.
* Overseeing the testing of programs/software/product to assure accuracy, integrity, interoperability, completeness and functionality.
* Driving adherence to methodology, approved processes and quality standards.

Qualified candidate must have at least 10 years of hard core .net, asp.net, c#, sql server developing experience and a Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science. Windows XP Tablet development experience, Microsoft Sharepoint Development experience, Windows Mobile Software experience, Microsoft Biztalk experience and Oracle experience are all a plus.

Our office is located in beautiful Waltham, Massachusetts.
 
Compensation:
We offer an excellent compensation package. Salary is based on experience.
