Client Conversion Specialist

MPAY Software produces high-end enterprise applications for the Payroll/HR industry and has been in business since 1996.  Our applications are being used by independent payroll providers both in-house and across the country to produce tens of millions of checks each year.

 

Our rapidly growing company is currently seeking a Client Conversion Specialist in the Waltham, MA, Charlotte, NC or Las Vegas, NV areas to enhance our Implementation team.  This position will assist in implementing MPAY?s new clients by analyzing client needs, assisting in set-ups, and supporting client needs through on-site conversion assistance.

 

Job Responsibilities:Assist in service bureau end client conversion planning process Assist in coordination of hardware and software installationConduct or assist in training sessions in accordance with MPAY?s planOnsite hands-on assistance in conversion of existing service bureau clientsAssist in setup and processing of new client?s first live payrollsAssist in supporting client needs for first 3 months

 

The successful candidate will have the following:Four-year degree in relevant field of study or two years experience in M3.Service Bureau experience recommended, but not required.End Client Conversion experience recommended, but not required.Excellent oral and written communication in conjunction with presentation skills.Able to work autonomously and with excellent time management skills.Computer system proficiency.Willingness to travel extensively without notice. There may be a significant amount of travel associated with this position.Ability to work with others in a team environment is required.
