Client/Server Application Programmer

Xtiva Financial Systems, Inc. is a software company catering to the Securities Industry. We are undertaking a very large project requiring extensive modifications to our existing products. We have a highly competent programming staff but will require additional technical "muscle" to get this job done according to the client's very aggressive timeline. As such we are looking to hire two or three contract programmers.We are interested in hiring these people immediately and expect the project to run through November as the least. There will probably be additional work for several months after that. We are only interested in full-time contractors who are not working on other projects during this time. Additionally, all of our contractors will be expected to work in our downtown San Francisco office (Union Square) at least three days a week.Our products are written in Delphi with a MS SQL Server back-end. It is required that you have a strong SQL background but it doesn't necessarily have to be with MS SQL Server. Delphi experience is not required either as a good technician will have little trouble learning their way around this IDE.
