Client Support Team Lead

We have a new and exciting position available for a service minded team player who embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment. This position will operate from our Rancho Bernardo corporate office.

 

This is a hands- on lead role in which you will be working with our healthcare clients to troubleshoot and resolve software issues over the telephone and via a web-based remote desktop control tool. 

 

In addition to the support responsibilities, you will also be leading the work activities and scheduling/assigning the workload of 3-4 support specialists on 3 different product groups. This position will also assist the Client Support Management Team in training, developing and monitoring performance standards, and call trend analysis.

 Requirements  A minimum of 3-5 years exp. in a technical support role; lead experience highly preferred.

?  Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 2000/2003 and XP Operating Systems in LAN/WAN environment. 

?  Ability to quickly assess client requests and identify solutions.

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?  Strong customer-focused orientation.

?  A demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies

?  The ability to lead and motivate staff.

?  A Bachelor?s degree in a related discipline

 

Additional meaningful knowledge:

?  Understanding of ASP

?  Working knowledge of Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM)

?  Practical knowledge of relational database management.

?  Healthcare experience would be helpful.
