Communications Specialist

Major Responsibilities:

a)  Prepare IT Division presentations

b)  Prepare Sr. Management updates and reports

c)  Design / Maintain IT Intranet

d)  Assist in IT event planning and management

 

Qualifications:  (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

  a)Experience in writing communications targeted at Sr Management audience

b)Ability to interpret and synthesize information for corporate consumption

c)Strong project management and attention to detail skills

d)5 years in HTML, web use and design

e)Ability to perform as a strong and willing team player

f)Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high levels of performance and delivery

g) Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teamsite, Dreamweaver

h) Creative, initiative, good judgment, problem solving
