We are looking for a savvy Computer Based Training Developer to join our exciting new team. We offer competitive benefits!

This individual will be responsible for designing and developing new computer-based training programs for Compiere ERP & CRM. These programs may include procedure lessons, reference guides, interactive exercises, tests, and grading and feedback results. Computer-based training will be deployed to CD, network, and Web. This individual will consult with internal staff regarding the design, development and revision of computer-based training products. Completes other tasks as required.

Required skills/experience/education:-

- Fundamental knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- At least 2 years experience applying instructional design to computer based training.
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience/training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and training skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; highly approachable and professional at all times.

Preferred:-

- Experience with ERP/CRM software
