Computer Programmer III

Manpower Professional has paired with an exciting company to recruit for a Computer Programmer III. In this position the responsible party would develop, modify, test, and document software applications to meet client specifications. The qualified individual would also participate in technical responses to client requests. Would also represent systems department to internal and external contacts. The essential functions of this position are as follows: Develops problem statements and translates logic design into executable code. Tests code to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Documents program logic to ensure maintainability and usability of applications. Communicates with management regarding functionability of current application and future design requirements.
Guides others in the development and execution of system level test plans. Trains Programmers regarding effective problem determination and problem source identification techniques and methods. Functions as primary technical interface across all departments. Proposes enhancements to departmental processes and procedures and recommends improvements to operational processes and procedures.
