Content Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage Web content and projects related to the Web site. Write, edit and proofread new content
- Work with developers to assess any technical challenges in displaying the content
- Provide content management support to upcoming product Knowledge base
- Ensure the quality and integrity of documents published on the Web
- Keep up to date with best practice in Web usability and page design
- Undertake a review of product/service information architecture in early development stage and conduct regular user needs analysis
- Ensure linked information resources are kept relevant, appropriate and active
- Coordinate content reorganization throughout Web site
- Identify current and future Web content needs and priorities
- Support technical, marketing and internal IT


Experience
- Experience in electronic/Web publishing and Web editing; content management necessary
- 2-3 years of content management
- Familiar with a variety of Web marketing concepts, practices and procedures


Skills
- Excellent communication skills required
- Creative writer and editor, with emphasis on story/contextual editing (content grasp, flow and clarity)
- Familiar with a variety of Web marketing concepts, practices and procedures
- Strong IT and productivity skills
- Ability to work with a lot of detail, to be orgainized, to prioritize
- Bi-lingual: native English speaker and knowledge of Korean language highly desired.
