Responsibilities

? To provide contract administration and support for the Indirect Procurement Group.

? Candidate must have experience in the market sector for IT/Digital business for Software, hardware or IT services.

Required Skills

?  Plan and coordinate project to develop RFP's

?  Evaluate vendor proposals for the requested services/products

?  Good communication and business writing skills

?  Executes contracts, SOW, RFI, RFP, MSA, NDA, amendments and other documents with required signatures

?  2-5 yrs experience in developing and completing RFP process for IT products/commodities

?  Ability to analyze RFP responses and provide recommendation to management on supplier selection

?  Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and/or external users, suppliers and contractors of IT products, services and equipment

?  Knowledge of contract liability and intellectual property issues.

?  Familiarity with and experience standard contract clauses.

?  Resolves vendor related quality, cost or performance issues.

 

Desired Skills

?  Understanding contracts and contract negotiations and market rates

?  Self starter and deliver results with minimum supervision.

?  Experience in planning a transition to a new supplier after the RFP
