Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

The Contracts Manager will manage the Contract Administration and Client Service Representative Departments and Staff, including the hiring, training and all other functions of a manager.  The manager will oversee the contract reviews, legal issues, maintain, update and develop both existing and new resources and agreements, insure timely completion of enrollments and terminations.

 

This individual will also directly manage IPM Contracts Administration department, including all staff in this area.  These duties include, but are not limited to, all normal responsibilities associated with management of IPM department (hiring, reviews, normative reporting functions, and other responsibilities).  Establish metrics to monitor the performance of each of the staff and develop programs designed to improve the overall performance of the employees.

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

? Interface with Iron Mountain Legal Department, IPM Sales Department, and clients directly on contract reviews

? Represent Iron Mountain IPM?s Operational position in negotiations

? Work with Iron Mountain Legal, IPM Operations leadership, and IPM Sales Leadership to develop service level agreements, contracts and operational standards

? Solid project management and organization skills as well as the ability to work independently

? Must possess a strong attention to detail and extensive experience managing multiple projects

? Strong commitment to ongoing development of legal skills and abilities

? Significant computer skills including research tools

? Minimum two years experience in managing a contracts staff
