As Director Corporate Sales, you will lead a team of 7 to 9 Corporate Sales Representatives responsible for selling MessageOne solutions to new mid-market accounts. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. Additional responsibilities include:Achieving/exceeding an annual sales quotaAccurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenueRecruiting new Corporate Sales RepresentativesMotivating, leading, developing sales teamDirect account management activitiesStrategizing, negotiating & closing businessManage personnel activities of staffWorking directly with customers and with channel partnersDevelop and maintain territory plan, revenue plan, headcount plan, staff development planManage relationships with ?C? level client personnelRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience is required3+ years of enterprise software sales management experienceExceptional strategic selling and closing skills Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative-selling methodologyEntrepreneurial drive and work ethicConsistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals Strong focus on customer and partner satisfactionExcellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated effectiveness with personal ethics and integrity
