Due to continued growth and the success of our products in international markets we wish to further strengthen our Professional Services team.



This role involves working with our external clients to provide implementation consultancy services for our enterprise level applications. Travel of approximately 15% is required throughout North America.


We are seeking professionals who have:



o Previous experience with enterprise level configuration and implementation of database driven applications (both client/server and web)

o Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop these into a design documents to meet client needs.

o Demonstrated ability and experience with report building tools such as Crystal

o Proven experience providing on site support for product implementations

o Previous experience in training broad range of clients in applications

o SQL-Server / Oracle experience

o Experience working in small to medium sized project teams

o No problem with being accountable for the quality of their deliverables

o Good problem solving skills
o Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role working with predominately external clients
