Customer Engineer

The Customer Engineer will be responsible to:Manage the implementation of all eBusiness applications to meet custom contracts deliverables Develop solutions in response to RFPs and new eBusiness applications, Execute of sales and marketing strategy plans. Collaborate with a variety of departments to plan, implement and manage all eBusiness applications Provide web development and internet expertise in order to develop new solutions and applications as well as diagnose customer problems Work with others to implement CTB’s Web-based marketing and sales online effort including online sales promotions, online catalog product maintenance, web content development, user account management, site quality assurance, state and program-level updates, and project coordination as appropriate.
