Customer Support Position (Software Upgrades)

 

Title:  Customer Support

Position Type:  Software Support  

Location: Lakeland, FL  (local candidates please)

Start Date:  ASAP

 

Skills Required:

? PC knowledge is:  Proficient with a PC, knows how to open windows and type basic commands onto a DOS command prompt

? Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including: Word, Excel

? Ability to walk Pharmacy Managers through a technical steps outlined in a document without any direct technical knowledge of the specific application

 

 

Work Description:

The two resources requested would assist the project team in validating that the Unix OS upgrades to Linux are successful.  These resources will have to work with store personnel to validate the results.  There will be approximately 5 stores converted each night, Monday through Thursday.  The hours would be off hours (evening) from approx 7:30 pm until 2:00.
