Responsibilities include:

? The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with the ability to present information effectively; possess a professional and friendly phone manner.

? Interest in developing technical knowledge, current experience or aptitude in making decisions, thinking analytically to determine basic technical issues, flexibility to work various shifts, to include weekends and holidays, excellent communication skills with a strong focus on team work.

? Provide courteous assistance to customers via phone in resolving issues related to the installation, functionality, and usage of our Product.

? Quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of a proprietary software suite

? Assists with development and maintenance of technical documentation associated with troubleshooting.

? Meets established efficiency and effectiveness standards regarding customer service factors

? The IT Customer Service Manager will participate in Company strategic planning initiatives, and provide consultation and expert advice to management, customers, and vendors.

? The Customer Service Representative serves as a resource and primary point of contact for customer?s issues and requests for information technology services and support.

? Resolves customer issues and provides quality alternative solutions to challenging problems.

Requirements:

? BS Computer Science or work equivalent

? Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

? Third Shift Call Center experience preferred

? Must possess excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills

? Provides training to other team members regarding technical and application support.

? Makes additions and modifications to Service Desk knowledgebase to ensure the information for troubleshooting issues and proven resolutions are repeatable by all support teams.

? Ability to communicate effectively with customers who may have a limited knowledge of computer systems operations and equipment.

? All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Requirements:

? Demonstrable proficiency in each of the following:

o  Microsoft SQL Server 2000

o  Windows XP/2003

o  MSSQL (Stored Procedures, Ad Hoc queries using ISQL, EM)

o  TCP/IP (DNS, UDP/TCP, ARP)

o  CRM Tools

o  VM Ware or VirtualPC

o  Microsoft Terminal Server

o  Microsoft Office Tools (MS-Word, Excel, Outlook)

o  Remote Connection Software (Checkpoint, Cisco, PC-Anywhere)
