Customer Support / Software Support Specialist

Responsibilities:Provide exceptional technical support to our customers Proactively communicate website status to customers Rapidly respond to multiple support channels Maintain a 99% answer rate Maintain a 95% closure rateWork as a team member to grow and education customer base Analyze patterns and suggest improvements Manage work queue and escalate as appropriate Provide product improvement feedback Research issues of varying complexity Check server error log and performance

 

Requirements:2+ years experience supporting software products Strong communication and valuable customer service skills Thorough understanding of HTML Strong knowledge of the Internet/technology field High aptitude to learn and grow Analytical thinker Moderate knowledge of common software applications such as MS Office
