DESKTOP SUPPORT:
SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for providing a high level of technical customer service, to the end user, in person or over the phone.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting end user issues involving desktops, laptops, personal computing devices, printers, remote access, backup of data, recovery of data, and network services.
You will be responsible for assisting employees in the use of commonly used software and operating systems.
You will be able to provide timely resolutions to support requests while demonstrating customer care skills and practices.
The ability to recognize priority issues and escalate them accordingly will be critical to your success.
Adobe has a very broad user base so it is critical that you can successfully communicate with individual non-technical, to deeply technical engineers or senior managers.


SKILLS:
Requires 3 to 5 years experience in the computer industry in supporting a heterogeneous corporate environment - Windows 2000/XP,Microsoft Office 2000, 2003 and network connectivity.
Experience supporting IBM laptop users.
Experience with Ghost imaging.
You should have experience in supporting a functionally diverse server environment and technically competent in Windows.
Experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support environment is strongly desirable.
Strong customer care, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication are essential skills.
You will have proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with hardware components and software applications.
