DVS Network Engineer 4

Network engineer to perform development and integration of software/network for simulation and training systems. Tasks include: 1) Analysis of requirements, 2) Software/Network design, 3) Router and Switch programming, 4) Unit level testing, 5) WAN design and integration, 6) LAN/WAN testing. Development efforts will take place within a dynamic team environment. Position will require customer interface.

Experience in the following areas is required:

LAN/WAN development
Cisco Routers and Switches
Developing router and switch configuration within defined engineering and development processes
Experience in the following areas is an asset:

Familiarity with COTS network management and configuration systems or Help Desk trouble ticketing systems (i.e., HP OpenView, Cisco Works, Remedy)
CCNA
CCIE
CCNP
MCSE
Applicant may be required to set up a small network to demonstrate their proficiency in router and switch configuration.
