Data and Technology Developer/Programmer

at our client -

SEIU Communications Center, Inc., New York, NY

 

Primary Responsibilities



Responsible for administrating Aspect and SER Contact Center applications and hardware. Applications include call routing (ACD), IVR, Predictive Dialer, and reporting, local and remote Agent Desktop and Intranet in alignment with Centers objectives. Coordinating resolution with vendor if necessary.



Analysis and report predictive dialing results and campaign data.



Develop statistical data collection tool that analyzes dialing effectiveness and quality of lists used at the Center.



Required to understand, in its entirety, all technical applications required to run the predictive dialer and its applications.



Responsible for working collaboratively with management to train Center floor staff on points of interaction including dialing monitoring, agent monitoring and productivity.



Assist Director and Campaign Coordinators to fully understand the system functionalities for campaign design and sales.



Perform routine system and network administration tasks and recommend changes and/or enhancements.



Oversee the campaign setup and assist with the formatting & testing of scripts in preparation for operator phoning.



Manage and keep organized data for large calling projects.



Assist with infrastructure enhancements and upgrades.





Potential Responsibilities



Responsible for the design, development, deployment and ongoing support of Contact Center Intranet, public internet web site for remote clients and other applications.



Develop user-friendly application to support the planning of campaign strategy.





Requirements



Degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred.

Database knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server

Knowledge and experience with call center software (SER, Aspect) preferred.

Ability to interact with customers and users essential.

Knowledge and/or interest in the labor movement and progressive politics preferred.



Experience Web programming with ASP and developing software for MS Windows a plus.
