Database Developer
Seeking a skilled and experienced database developer to supply onsite data consulting and database development services for an important Government customer. Required skills include database requirements analysis, database architecture, processor and storage sizing, relational database design and development, queries and user views, database security, integration and test, deployment, transition to operations and performance tuning for very large databases (VLDB). Other desirable technical skills include JAVA, C, UNIX, data mining and data storage solutions (SAN, RAID). Customer interaction skills, presentation skills and ability to lead a small team are also highly desired. Candidate will join a growing team that delivers on-site professional services and system solutions. Job requirements include BSCS required and MSCS desired or equivalent degree, Top Secret SCI clearance with lifestyle polygraph and seven or more years of relevant technical work. Work location is Oakton VA and nearby areas.
