Deployment Analyst

OVERVIEW:

Your primary focus for this position will be on issue resolution in support of numerous system deployment technologies in a large-scale server/client deployment and manufacturing environment.  You will be acting as a corporate representative while communicating with customers and communities via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex problems with the usage of tools/products and other associated technologies.  This will also involve coordinating with both internal and external groups to provide in-depth troubleshooting and deliver sustainable technical solutions that will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year related work experience
In-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 2003 setup and deployment technologies including, sysprep, RIS, Windows PE, Computer Imaging. and automated deployment
Understanding of C/C++/C# and networking, including familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and server/server connectivity
Excellent communication and debugging skills
Ability to provide clear, documented actionable plans to resolve the highly-complex technical issues
