Director Global System Integrators

The SI Director is a senior level person with extensive knowledge of the SI market, its requirements, building and maintaining relationships and developing marketing plans. This individual will also have considerable sales and business development background.

Responsibilities
Recruit and manage global system integrators. Develop and implement marketing programs and work with field operations, direct sales and services organization, on attaining revenue goals.

Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of working with global SI is required. In-depth understanding of how SIs work and operate. Must have recruited and managed such SIs as Accenture, IBM global services, Bearing point, Cap Gemini and others. Must have had quota-carrying sales experience and the ability to map direct sales operations to SI practices for achieving revenue goals. International experience is highly desirable.
