Job DescriptionResponsible for porting key Oracle products to multiple platforms according to very strict deadlines.Lead a team of engineers located in multiple international locations. Regular technical interactions with development teams from major operating system companies. Regular technical interactions with development teams from major computer/chip companies. Regular interactions with VP/SVPs at Oracle.

QualificationsBS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering. MBA a plus. 15+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred, including 8+ years of team-leading experience.Excellent project management experience preferred. Significant experience with UNIX (Linux, Solaris, HPUX, AIX) on different 32-bit and 64-bit hardware architectures preferred. Experience porting C/C++/Java products across different operating systems and hardware architectures is preferred. Process-oriented person preferred. Experience with Database and/or Middleware/Application Server products is preferred.Leading software development teams across multiple international locations is a plus.
