ORGANIZATION: WW Customer Support
REPORTS TO: Senior Vice President, WW Support


SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Lead the overall integration of all Support initiatives globally, particularly the large "New" initiatives about to be rolled out. The main duties for this role are to coordinate the overall implementation of all currently-existing Support initiatives while providing the change management and communication activities to the organization to ensure the successful acceptance of the resulting changes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li> Coordinate the integrated execution of the existing project plans of BEA Support's "New" initiatives.
<li> Interact closely with and effectively influence the current VP-/Senior Director-level "New" initiative leaders, facilitating resource/timing trade-offs between BEA Support senior management
<li> Proactively identify new/needed processes and applications to support the organization changes which occur as a result of the implementation of any/all of the "New" initiatives
<li> Develop communication plans for each initiative singularly, as well as combined, and provide trainings to the Support organization to ensure full understanding of the changes
<li> Proactively engage WW Support executives as appropriate
<li> Proactively identify issues which may impact the organization (customer or employee)
<li> Work with WW Support management to ensure consistency and cooperation between groups globally to ensure the interests of Support are represented at a global level.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

<li> 12+ years working with complex programs in a changing organization
<li> 5+ year experience working in change management and change acceleration
<li> Travel as required

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

<li> A highly committed individual with a background in a change management, change acceleration and problem solving
<li> Flexibility, integrity and creative problem-solving skills are a pre-requisite to be successful in this role.
<li> Must be capable of dealing confidently and professionally at executive level internally
<li> A team player who is influential and builds good working relationships across all functions
<li> Extensive background in change management including all aspects of leading organizational, behavioral, systems and process change in a large organization.
<li> Must combine extensive large scale project management skills with organizational development skills.<li> Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Design a plus; or equivalent.
