This manager will be responsible for all human resource related functions of our publicly traded company for all employees in the U.S. and Canada, and will develop and maintain HR policies and practices that are aligned with corporate strategies.

Job Description:

We are looking for a hard working and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for compensation, benefits, payroll and employee/labor relations for a staff of over 200 in the U.S. and Canada, and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

 

We are looking for a manager with a bachelor's degree and/or 7 year's plus experience or success in human resources.  Publicly traded company experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and familiarity with both U.S. and Canadian regulatory and HR labor laws preferred. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, along with solid analytical and problem solving abilities are prerequisites.
