Position Summary:

The Director of Product Management will lead the conceptualization, definition and delivery of LogicalApps? market leading products for the enforcement of enterprise compliance and controls.

 

Responsibilities:Research markets and determine and qualify market opportunitiesMaintain competitive intelligence about key competitorsDetermine, drive, and own product strategy based on market opportunity, competitive analysis and customer inputClearly document business case and business requirements for productsDevelop product roadmaps, release budgets and release plansDevelop product functional requirements and story boardsWork closely with engineering through product constructionPartner with support, sales and marketing to achieve customer success 

 

Required Experience:12+ years experience commercial product management experience 4+ years managing a product with at least $30M in revenue and/or 100+ customersExperience with ERP or enterprise software productsDemonstrated passion for developing, shaping, and making successful software products Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to work effectively with engineering and professional services organizationsDesire for occasional travel to engage with customers and prospects, supporting sales and implementation efforts

 

Desired Experience:

 Experience with risk management systemsExperience with finance management or accounting softwareDetailed knowledge of Oracle or Peoplesoft ERP systemsExperience with business rules applications, workflow, or business intelligence
