The Documentation Developer is responsible for creating and editing online and hard-copy documentation for one or more solution areas. Additional responsibilities include creation of standards, application usability evaluation and testing. The Documentation Developer is comfortable documenting highly technical information for internal and external audiences. The Documentation Developer is responsible for Package processing documentation for Production, Beta and Service Packages, CHIA documentation, and technical utility documentation in addition to general purpose server-side documentation. The Documentation Developer has the unique opportunity to document both end-user applications as well as a query language.

 

 

Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, English, or related area preferred Understanding of the software development process Proficient with Windows NT and Microsoft Office Previous work experience as a technical writer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
