Dynamic Page Template Developer
Long-term contract opportunity for
OVERVIEW:
For this position you will be performing a variety of web development activities, with your primary focus on front-end components. As we operate a global organization with a diverse customer base, you will need to pay particular attention to issues such as standards compliance, cross browser support, accessibility, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of professional experience developing front end web applications using XHTML and CSS
3+ years experience developing dynamic page templates in PHP, JSP, ASP, or similar web scripting language
2 years of experience with unobtrusive JavaScript, including DOM Scripting (AJAX a plus)
Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and browser degradation strategies
Familiarity with Flash, ActionScript, and integrating external data with Flash
Experience interfacing dynamic page templates with database content (CMS)
Familiarity with slicing images in Photoshop
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with HBX or other web analytics (Web Trends) a plus
Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications a plus
