The North American division of Hanson (Hanson Building Materials America) is located in Dallas, TX. We are comprised of two divisions: : Hanson Aggregates and Hanson Building Products. We operate in more than 450 locations across North America.


Your mission is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain the sales and account management systems (SAM) that keep our business moving. Projects will involve developing our sales force automation, CRM, sales quotes, configuration, interface with AutoCAD and interface with ERP systems. Experience with relational databases, variety of programming languages (SQL, Visual Basic, Visual C++), Windows NT/XP, client server application development, and working knowledge of internet technologies will allow you to be productive from day one. Your ability to build relationships and influence others will be key to your success managing a cross-functional team and increasing user satisfaction. Experience defining user requirements and implementing into practice will be an important element to your success.
