Working for the iWay Solutions group, the Senior Architects
will work with new and existing direct and channel customers and
partners to understand and define the requirements of iWay integration
opportunities. The S.A. will develop the functional specification and
will communication the requirements internally to the development
organization and externally to the sales and customer organizations.
Once development has begun the S.A. will continue to manage the external
delivery schedule and support initial introduction and solution
delivery.

Required Skills:
The Senior Architects will need to have the broadest
possible skill set and strong analytic skills within the enterprise
application integration (EAI) space. The position will focus on XML
message-based integration solutions and all related technologies,
including in depth knowledge of transportation protocols, messaging and
transaction systems, Java and J2EE runtime environments, ERP and
database systems, e-Business message formats and distributed systems
architectures. Along with these technical and analytic skills a strong
communication and business understanding must be present.

Experience:
The candidate must demonstrate proven accomplishments over
the last 5 to 7 years in the field of Message-based Enterprise
Application Integration using iWay or competitive products like
WebMethods, Tibco, See Beyond, BEA, Vitria, etc. and technical fields
like transportation protocols, XML and e-Business message formatting,
application server and distributed systems architectures. Experience
with pre and post-sales is necessary, and a large plus will be for past
experience working with or for a large System Integrator in their EAI
practice.
