EFP Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Support Electronic Discovery Services through working knowledge of our proprietary systems.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Track all data copied to and from the network.Perform discovery functions from various storage mediums.Maintain productivity sheets of jobs performed.Perform quality check (QC) of all data processed through the Electronic Discovery System.Perform other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Must have a Bachelors? Degree in Computer Science or Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.Knowledge of programming preferably .NET and C++.Understanding and ability to interact with Access and SQL database systems.Working knowledge of MS Windows, Windows Explorer and ability to manipulate spreadsheets; knowledge of Lotus Notes helpful.Experience with or ability to use HP Laser Printers helpful.Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.Strong attention to detail and task orientedMust be able to flexible and meet critical deadlines.Willingness to perform routine tasks.Works well independently.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Must be able to sit and work with a computer for a long period of time (6-8 hours).Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate machines.Standing, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform document reproduction service

 

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

 May be exposed to considerable amount of noise from working area.High degree of attention and care required in order to prevent injury to self and others when operating machine tools.
