Modis is seeking an ETL Informatica Support Specialist for a 5-month+ contract in Charlotte, NC.

? This contractor will become part of the IT Financial & Supply Chain Production Support team primarily supporting the Financial Hub.

? Activities include maintaining the production and test environments, coordinating operational outages, reviewing ETL development prior to the production load, performing changes to the Informatica workflows and handling on call and after hours tasks.

Duities include:

? Application support of Informatica 7.1.3 workflows.

? Coordination of operational outages including after hours support to these events.

? QA reviewing project work coming to our team.

? Preparing for an Informatica product upgrade.

? Documenting proper software change control for all tasks.
