D2 Technologies Inc., an exciting startup VoIP software company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Embedded Software Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, integrate, and test software for next generation, embedded communications products. Work with embedded Linux, Java CDC Personal Profile, voice and data protocols, embedded UI development.

Qualifications: MS CS/EE or BS CS/EE with experience in the embedded communications software development. Experience in Java CDC Personal Profile, xlets, and AWT. Experience in developing communication protocols: SIP, SDP, XMPP desirable. Excellent programming skills with C, Java, and C++. Experience in VoIP, preferably in end point VoIP devices desirable. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
