Job Duties/Responsibilities:

 Research and understand marketing requirements Determine the technologies for projects Develop design and architecture documents Develop and code key parts of the program Present technology to customers and partners Assist in the creation of the development process

 

Requirements:

 B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience developing in C/C++ 4+ years experience in embedded systems development and/or Windows CE (for different products) Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies - Unix a plus Experience with telematics a plus Independently able to design and develop software components Thorough technical knowledge in software development methodologies Thorough understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance Exhibit political savvy and ability to influence and articulate a vision A solid understanding of business/product strategy Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to drive the development process Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Great attitude and team oriented Experience with voice applications and/or wireless technologies a plus but not necessary
