Join a team of engineers to develop algorithms for improving image and video quality on innovative new applications and products.  Responsible for research and development in the fields of image/video processing, compression, and multimedia applications.



The successful candidate must have a strong background in video/image compression and processing, video/image analysis, and computer vision.  He/she must also have solid research and development experiences in algorithm development on multimedia/signal processing.  Solid programming skills on C/C++ and Matlab are required.  A Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering or computer science is strongly preferred.  Solid background in algebraic methods in video processing and knowledge in AVC/H.264 and MPEG4/2 video coding standards is a plus.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
