Our success in the marketplace demands the expansion of our operations both globally and domestically to respond to our customers and to continue our strong pattern of growth.  Webroot Software, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager.  The Product Manager will be responsible for the definition of product requirements, strategy, and development of Webroot?s Spy Sweeper Enterprise product line.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving the software product development process from initial concept through planning, design, development, and release for Webroot?s Spy Sweeper Enterprise product linePerform market and competitive analysis to keep current with functional industry trends and requirements to assist in developing product roadmap definitions that will enhance the overall value of Webroot?s enterprise product offeringsResponsible for creating all application development deliverables such as business process flows, object models, prioritized requirements documents, use cases, and application prototypesAct as the customer advocate during design, architecture, and implementation decisionsWork closely with Marketing, Engineering, Threat Research, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service and the Executive team to define and deliver new products and product enhancementsIdentify new service and product offerings and/or other expansion opportunities for WebrootMaintain a team-oriented working environment that promotes open discussion on important issues, a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a continued focus on quality and customer servicePlay an important role in developing and maintaining Webroot?s image and reputation in the marketplaceSkills and Experience5 or more years of extensive product management experience in enterprise software development with Security, Internet and/or Networking companiesMust have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial organization and the ability to manage several projects concurrentlyStrong technical and information security knowledge (CISSP or similar desirable). The Ideal candidate will come from an antivirus, IDS, or end-point security vendor backgroundConsistent record of high performance in product management and/or product development, preferably in both small and large environmentsProven ability to define and prioritize product requirements and work with technical teamsExcellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organizationProspective candidates will have an undergraduate degree from a respected university in Computer Science or other Engineering discipline
