Compensation: 40K to 60K / W2 Annual Permanent
Job Description: Entry Level Programmer / Sys Admin RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES AND SELF TAUGHT PROGRAMMERS

Enhanced Trading is seeking entry-level programmers to add ?raw talent? to its small Software Development team. Either formal education or life experience are acceptable qualifications.

If you have outstanding drive and passion to excel, are self-motivated and ready to run with whatever is thrown at you, then we would like to mentor and train you to be an effective member of our team. To succeed you will need limitless enthusiasm, exceptional adaptability, superior logical and analytical skills, and unbounded determination.

Once hired you will be trained to work on elements of our equities trading infrastructure systems. You will collaborate with a team leader and other team members to develop and integrate new data protocols, real-time data processing systems, monitoring and management tools, front-end interfaces, and analysis facilities. Some sys admin functions will also be required.

Ideal Requirements:
Rapid prototyping and product development Comfortable with both Windows and UNIX platforms Experience with C, C#, PHP, MySQL, Javascript Experience with systems administration in Unix and Windows environments Strong verbal and written communications skills Knowledge of user interface development Experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities:
Working from verbal and white-board specifications Developing infrastructure components for protocol handling, data analysis, and decision-making on a Unix platform where millisecond performance is paramount. Creating reporting and control interfaces in C# and PHP Successful candidates will be required to travel or relocate to the New London, CT area.
