Essbase Developer

Summary:
This positiion is for an intermediate level Essbase developer responsible for maintaining both US and Canada Segment Profitability reporting models. This highly complex project involves gathering and analyzing PBG cost data feeds to develop a profitablity measure for a particular brand and package by Segment. The refresh of these reporting models is a six month effort to facilitate PBG's annual Strategic Planning. In addition, this position entails assisting with the migration of several Hyperion Planning applications to System 9 by the end of 2006.

Accountabilities:
Lead annual refresh of US and Canada Segment Profitability Project
Gather requirements for Customer model to be completed by Q3 2006
Assist with the migration of Worldwide Planning & Forecasting applications to Hyperion System 9
Provide application support of all existing applications
Document Test cases and ensure Test Director is maintained with updated scripts for projects



 

Basic Job Qualifications

 
A minimum of 2 years business or technical experience
Experience with multi-tiered applications and Essbase 6.5 or higher. 

Preferred Job Qualifications
Proficient in one or more business relevant technologies
Knowledge or experience with Hyperion products is a plus
Understands impact of IT and how it relates to the technology
Extended working experience supporting business issues and business applications of technologies supported
Bachelors Degree
