Executive Assistant II (2005912)

Provides Sr. VP/Group President with administrative and secretarial support
Coordinates the Sr. VP/Group President?s schedule making appointments and establishing agendas
Arranges and coordinates all business travel
Handles all confidential material relevant to company operations
Screens the Sr. VP/Group President?s calls and incoming mail
Performs word processing duties
May conduct various analytical special projects, especially involving budgets and preparations for Board and senior management meetings.
Coordinates division and department meetings; arranges use of conference rooms or outside facilities.
Serves as a contact to people inside and outside the company.
Collaborates with various staff and departments in preparing special projects.

 


Required Skills:

 

PCs, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software. General office equipment. Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures; knowledge of international protocol desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have working knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software.

 

 

Experience Required:

 

Associate degree in business or secretarial science (two year program); bachelor's degree in business or liberal arts desirable.

 

Typically has 7 - 10 years of experience in executive secretarial positions in a corporate setting.
