Experienced Mobile PC Call Center Support with A+ Cert.

**US Citizenship required**
*Must be able to work 10am to 7pm M-F.
**You must have a minimum of 2 years Mobile PC or Help Desk experience**
*Technicians without previous PC Call Center experience will not be considered*
**Local to the Memphis, TN area**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for providing product hardware and operating
system support for the companys Computer Systems mobile computer products and accessories via phone or email. Serve as liaison for customer issues dealing with repair depot, customer satisfaction, warehouse, and other groups.

SKILLS AND ABILITY
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze problems and resolve issues ability to work within a team and be able to work an assigned schedule.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience in a call center/service operation and preferably an AA or BS in Business or Computer related fields. Must be familiar with the mobile computer market. Must have knowledge of MS Operating System products 3.11, W95, W98SE, W2000, ME, WINXP Home, WINXP Pro, NTWS; networks and the interaction of networks with mobile products.

FAMILIARITY WITH THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT
Mobile computer products and associated accessories.
