Job Purpose:
Serves customers by coordinating new account installations.
Duties:
* Installs new accounts by identifying and coordinating contract requirements; developing implementation and test plans; scheduling installation.
* Supports customers by providing references; answering questions; analyzing problems; testing new solutions; resolving problems; compiling and distributing bulletins.
* Maintains accounts by auditing performance; completing upgrades.
* Provides account status information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing service.
* Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
