The candidate does not need to be very senior however needs to be expert in developing code, debugging / testing in the MPLAB IDE for a Microchip PIC microprocessor.

Education: BSEE or BSCE or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
--------------------------
2+ years of Microchip MPLAB IDE,
4+ years PIC18F252 Assembly Language.
4+ years C programming
2+ years Firmware development including communications protocols, checksum, RS232 serial programming
* Must have completed one or more development projects that span the full development cycle
* Familiar with Hardware/Firmware interfaces such as RAM memory bus, UART, and EEPROM
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must be able to use standard development tools such as Hardware Debuggers, and Logic Analyzers
* Detail and quality oriented, self-starter

Desirable: TI DSP, C++, Authored Bootloader, embedded operating systems (VxWorks, Linux)
