Current Fiserv Unifi? Project:
The initial project will be a 3 to 6 month retro fit and development project, with the potential of extending to 6 months. Project includes providing technical and programming assistance to the bank?s programmers.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required. Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.
Previous Fiserv Unifi? programming experience a must!
Job Related Experience: Typically requires five years of programming and /or analyst or related experience.
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:
1. In-depth knowledge of programming (i.e. program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, maintenance, debugging, etc )
2. Experience with Progress programming or other 4GL language.
3. Experience in Novell, NT, Unix and/or Oracle a plus.
4. The ability to interact with external, as well as, internal clients for the purpose of data gathering and design initiation.
5. A strong knowledge of software and hardware interaction.
6. Experience in analyzing applications.
7. Understanding of how important critical project completion is to client satisfaction.
8. Independent judgment.
