Qualifications - The Photos and Imaging Experience team is seeking a software developer to build a prototype photo sharing application. The successful candidate will use several new technologies (Windows Presentation Foundation and Indigo) to create a fun, visually rich photo sharing experience. Because the technologies involved are relatively new, specific experience with them is not required, so demonstrated experience with C# is required and applicable. Experience with game design, web services, DHTML, peer-to-peer and network programming is desirable. 2+ years related software engineering experience is required and a BS/MS in computer science or related discipline is strongly preferred. Due to the experimental nature of the project and the small and isolated nature of the team, candidate should be flexible, creative, self-motivated and able to engage in dynamic, back-and-forth problem solving sessions, work well in a team environment, have strong communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in game-like visual applications, networking and / or imaging technologies.
