Logistics Project Manager - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects on a global scale. You will provide a single point of contact and keep the cross-functional launch team on task and target. In this role, you will work with Application Support, System Administration, Procurement, Localization teams and external parties to ensure a smooth and seamless project execution. You will also be responsible for projects involving third parties, driving projects to completion and helping to document decisions and progress.

Responsibilities/Skills:
Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones.
Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
Manage multiple third parties across multiple projects including timeline and cost tracking of the third party.
Ability to manage multiple resources.
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Maintain and track inventory levels of laptops, desktops, and printers, and all manner of office equipment in a leasing environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a Software/Internet company.
Demonstrates a breadth and depth of understanding system integration and cost/time impact.
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, desktop support, and peripherals.
Strong organizational / project management skills.
Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people.
Effective use of reading, writing, oral communications skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team building techniques.
Demonstrates expertise in problem solving.
Ability to motivate and demonstrate leadership as well as provide guidance and mentorship of others.
Work with product managers and/or customers to understand feature requirements, and drive their detailed definition.
Works well in fast-paced growing environment.
