Technical Data Warehouse Project Manager - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Google is looking for a professional to manage data warehousing projects. Working with the Data Warehousing Product Manager, data warehousing development team and data source teams, you will develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate to project stakeholders. You will define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution through the full project cycle. You will oversee the compilation and analysis of project activity, and will deliver statistical data/reports on a project's feasibility and progress.

A strong background in technology development/deployment and Data Warehouse is essential for your success in this position. You must have a proven track record of project completion.

Requirements:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a minimum of 4 years in an IT-related field.
At least 3 years of project management experience within technology domains.
Familiar with extreme programming methodology and 1+ year experience using scrum (a big plus).
Strong knowledge of IT operations environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with different organizations.
Demonstrated skills in requirements understanding, resource organization, project/task prioritization and schedule development.
