Web Specialist - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

Google is looking for a hardworking utility player with hands-on HTML experience and a strong sense of clean design. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create web content independently, as well as take direction in a team-based environment. This position requires strong web production and design skills, technical savvy and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Developing and day-to-day maintenance of web content.
Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective web pages.
Creating and optimizing web images for download efficiency and clean designs.
Responding to a variety of web-related requests across departments.
Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent.
Strong HTML and CSS skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Keen eye for clean UI implementation and knowledge of website design best practices.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Portfolio of work preferred.
