HEALTHCARE SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER

TITLE: HOSPITAL SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER ? PMP or CAPM

PURPOSE OF THIS POSTING: On behalf of my client company, a growing healthcare software development company, I am a recruiter searching for candidates with the very specific Project Management experience as outlined below. Please read carefully.  This recruiter appreciates your response only if your experience, goals, and Cincinnati location are a complete match for this position. 

CANDIDATE LOCATION: We are searching only for candidates who live in the Greater Cincinnati area NOW, easily commutable to Cincinnati. This would include certain areas of OH, KY, and IN. Note that we do not consider relocation candidates, including those who would relocate themselves. Note that this is NOT a remote position and must be worked out of Cincinnati.

SUMMARY OF THE EXPERIENCE WE SEEK: We seek a PMP or CAPM (required). This person will have 5+ years experience with another software vendor or software IT consulting firm working on software projects involving the software installation, implementation, etc. at client sites. This could be with a software vendor or IT consulting company.  Ideally, this experience has been with another healthcare software vendor or healthcare IT consulting firm, but we will equally consider those in this role with a non-healthcare software vendor

This person will have responsibility for software project delivery, and a working knowledge of Project Management Software tools. In addition, they have broad knowledge of Systems, Networking, Process Design, and Project Flow and Design. This person is open to the 50 to 60% travel to hospital clients across the USA. A BS degree in Computer Science or Health Information Management is highly desirable.

THE JOB: When this Company software or services are sold to a hospital, this person will develop, prioritize, and execute Project Plans; coordinate all technical resources during implementation; coordinate time frames, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure that project time parameters are met while producing a successful end result, etc.

BENEFITS: This Company offers an attractive base salary range starting at $70k to higher depending on your experience and level, plus a realistic annual 18% bonus paid on a quarterly basis, plus excellent benefits including retirement.  This is a very important position and we need the right person to help in the company?s growth.

(2) Do you have 5+ years of solid experience as a Project Manager, managing the software implementation and installation process at a client site?  Note that we are not seeking a PM who has done only internal projects.  If "yes" please read on.

(3) Have you done a number of software installations and implementations as Project Manager? If "yes" please read on.

(4) Do you live in the Greater Cinncinnati area within commuting distance to Northeast Cincinnati? If "yes" please read on.
